Must See Transformations: Upholstery Before & After

Reupholstery is a wonderful way to revive good quality pieces of furniture. Prized family heirlooms can have new life breathed into them, creating a timeless showpiece for your home. It is also an eco-friendly choice as there is nothing like upcycling a piece of furniture so that it doesn't end up in the landfill.

Check out some of our recent reupholstery projects and some tips for a successful furniture transformation!

When creating a timeless piece of furniture, you want to stay away from trendy patterns and designs. That doesn't mean to play it safe! Instead choose a color, style, and design that expresses your personality, something that will remain timeless and be uniquely you.

When doing any upholstery project, it is just as important to consider the function and practicality of the fabric as it is to the color, pattern, and texture to ensure the fabric will stand up to repeated use. Too often fabrics are chosen for their looks only and that is a big mistake! We will ask you: Do you have pets? Kids? and help select the best fabric for your environment and lifestyle.

Reupholstery isn't just the fabric! A good reupholstery project will include the restoration or updates to the "guts" of the piece. We will make sure the frame, springs, and inserts are in good shape and restore, repair, or replace when needed.
